Upon completion and submission of this form, an SMS will be sent to you containing a copy of our Client Agreement. This agreement grants us the authority to carry out tasks on your behalf, including composing and dispatching letters to credit bureaus, creditors, secondary databases, or entities such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. These actions necessitate your explicit consent, and without it, we are unable to proceed with these activities.

1. Active participation as a client is not feasible if you are currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings. However, if your bankruptcy has concluded, whether through dismissal or discharge, you are eligible to proceed.

 2. To ensure accurate identification of your credit file in any correspondence with credit bureaus, you must provide the following documents through this form:

– A valid government-issued ID: unexpired Driver’s License or State ID, Military ID, or Passport.

– Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, insurance statement, or an official document addressed to your home. Please note that credit card statements are not acceptable.

3. Credit restoration is a collaborative effort, and success requires teamwork. We establish a partnership with our clients, expecting them to play an active role. While we diligently work to improve credit scores, clients are responsible for timely bill payments, fostering positive credit habits, and reducing credit card balances. If you are unwilling to consistently commit to these actions, we kindly advise against enrolling in our services.
